The purpose of this paper is to consider the articulation of philosophy and logic as it is presented in the Zurich Lectures (1794) on the concept of the Doctrine of Science. To achieve the purpose, it was necessary to make an extensive journey, and move from the nature of transcendental philosophy of knowledge elaborated from the point of view of the finite spirit that is proper to Fichte's philosophy. The result is a differentiation of Philosophy and Logic, and between the material/formal which is proper to philosophy, and the pure formal which is proper to logic. Logic is doctrine of equations, philosophy is doctrine of positions.
