Abstract

Technology, a fundamental concept in Günther Anders' thinking, is there systematized as violent. That violence acquires a multiform and pervasive feature. The slavery of living in check of the system of technocracy that contemporary humanity is serving is explained by acknowledging all the declinations that the violence assumes in Anders’ writings. In the pages of the texts written by the philosopher of the Antiquiertheit, we can clearly find out manifestation of violence in the economic, historical-historiographical and political fields. These planes are summarized in a form as thin as it is unavoidable of violence, which is the one that penetrates the metaphysical dimension and which is the cause and at the same time causes the total loss of freedom on the part of human.
